i found my niche that i would like to get into but narrowing it out to a specific one category is confusing .. i want to go into the mental health niche to be more specific in m

I would agree, start with on of these and you can build your site into an authority site in time, so choose your domain name carefully as you want to give your self room for expansion later on

Okay, so you want to go into Mental Health so the best way to go about it is to start with a specific subject such as Depression or Anxiety. Once you take one of them then you can focus on whether you want to give advice or techniques to help others with their problem and anything you can offer to help them. For instance, breathing techniques, meditation for anxiety or depression, any herbal treatments etc.
Another way you can target that niche is by going the personality route giving advice to people with different character traits such as introvert/extrovert, shy, awkward, etc. You can offer them any kind of knowledge or practices to help them out.
Hopefully you can find some sort of guidance out of this and good luck to you.

Start with one of these, they are all significant niches in themselves. You can always scale and diversify down the road once you have been successful within one of them, but start with one of them.
The problem when you start too broad is that you can get very overwhelmed, in particular when you try to cover too much at once. It is the experts within any given niche that earn the money and the more specific you are, the easier it will be to become the expert.

Hi Y0ki! My opinion is that the items you mentioned (depression. introverts, socially awkward, social anxiety, anxiety) are all very closely related. I probably wouldn't narrow down your niche in this case as you'll inevitably cross over into that territory... Hope that helps some...

A niche is a group of people that have a problem and are willing to pay for the solutions, so try and think of the people who would want to buy this product rather than the product itself
