do they charge? because im hoping to get about $100 for my site and cant afford to pay for a brokrage service if im getting so little for my site

okay so im starting a small business where i rank websites of "profession" niches and then i rent out a page that ranks on top of google to local businesses instead of selling
thank you, and if i redirect it to the other site will it affect the rankings? or will the article and seo work done still be in the back end of the site?
is there a specific name for this lightbox plugin? cuz i searched it up and it only looks like a plugin that lets you put pictures and i don't get it

I think this is the matter of the theme. You are using Ascent so check if it allows it. If not then find another one.
i know it can be done somehow because i found a website with the same theme that had the navigation bar how i wanted it
heres the website with the layout i want for the navigation bar:

I know for some other themes that they have a number of options that are available only for premium members. For example my theme has footer menu but it is not available with my free version. I guess this might be the case here as well.

if i find a long tail keyword that has lots of searches per month and its available does that make it a good domain to purchase?
Need help to see if this is a good name site for information for all men. Mostly about fitness, fatherhood, manhood and tips on being better person everyday. The website is manscheatsheet.com
You could find a long tail keyword but its better if you brand yourself. Then you will be the authority of that particular subject
