I'm looking for tips and how the results come out if I own .com domain but want to target audience in Australia which uses .com.au
How the SEO is affecting this while someon

Hi there,

It used to be possible to set a target country in Google Search Console, but I've just looked for it and can't find it - it must have been removed with the new version.

You can use geographic meta tags - I don't believe these will come out because WA can't seem to cope with anything resembling code, but here is an example:

<meta name="geo.region" content="HK" />
<meta name="geo.position" content="22.396428;114.109497" />
<meta name="ICBM" content="22.396428, 114.109497" />

If those don't come out there's a description and sample here:

(Scroll down to geo tags)

You can also set up Google My Business and specify locations in that.

Cheers,

Martin.

Hi Marian,
I can't personally help you, but I found a couple of articles online that could give you some direction. These aren't affiliate links...

I have started building my website but...
I have no idea what to do as a first post and what has to be next. Like I do know my niche and I know products but what's next, wha

HI 2 you, my website and endeavours came from just following the training, section by section. It walks you through your approach to it all starting out with an 'About Me' and 'Privacy Policy' page and eventually your first article/post. Before you know it, you've got a whole heap of content and with images.

I started with an About me page and contacts, then go on from that depends on what you website is about really

To answer your question Marian, you need to start at the beginning, and to do that here, there are some rather wonderful tools - embrace the training and follow it step by step and you will build your website through each lesson. Best of luck with it and if you're not sure of anything simply ask this wonderful community or search in the top grey bar at the top of your profile....the answers are all there! Jules
