The Wealthy Affiliate community is without a doubt THE GREATEST online community I've ever been a part of...

Community is a funny thing. It can sound like a fluffy word, but it’s actually an immensely powerful and helpful concept.

Sadly, it's also often an untapped educational resource...

So, why is community so important for us affiliates?

Community is about helping people feel connected and aligned...

When we as people are connected, we feel warm and good, and part of something bigger than ourselves.

When we're in alligmnent with each other, each of our individual efforts contributes to the success of the whole, so we have a considerable amount of leverage.

In other words, we're working as a TEAM... Us wealthy affiliates all have goals and ambitions, and we're all helping each other move closer to them! It's a group effort!

The fact of the matter is, if we REALLY want to utilize this recource to gain maximum power and leverage, we must invest in our WA community.

We Must Start Thinking As a WHOLE.

Our mission as a network team of wealthy affiliates should be to build a strong community. We can't do that alone, however. We MUST work together!

SO... Without further ado, here are 5 Reasons We Need Each Other:

#1 A Sense of belonging...

It's basic human nature to want to belong to a group.

Being connected to some kind of group is important for our personal growth and development.

By feeling like you truly belong, you have the confidence to push bounderies, take risks and try new things (which is the only way to grow as an affiliate marketing business).

#2 Collective wisdom...

Advice from peers helps you learn faster... There's no doubt about that.

From marketing to social media to sales, there’s so much that goes into running a successful affiliate marketing business.

Once you’ve launched your affiliate business, and you’re truly committed to it, you need to learn a lot of things fast.

When questions pop up, you could go hunt around frantically for the answers, but it’s a LOT easier and faster to ask a peer who can help you find the answer.

#3 New ideas...

Stepping outside of your typical space offers new perspectives...

Talking to all different kinds of people gets you out of your space, which ultimately means getting you out of your head.

#4 Borrowed motivation...

This is one is possibly the most important.

You know those dark days when eveything's going wrong, there's no light at the end of the tunnel and all you wanna do is sink and give up?

Yeah... I remember those days.

I didn't let them stop me though. I was able to look around at my fellow wealthy affiliate family members and see firsthand the amazing successes they were having...

This inspired me to keep pushing forward, and it was this indirect support that pushed me to where I am today.

Sometimes, all you need is a little motivation from others when you can't seem to find it within.

#5 Accountability...

When you're part of a community like wealthy affiliate, you become involved and engaged in the social network.

There’s nothing that will so rapidly evolve your progress as having to be accountable to others.

I don't know about you, but the thought of being someone who publicly announces I'm gonna do something, and then doesn't do it, makes me cringe...

I do what I say I'm gonna do. I hold myself (and others) accountable.

To wrap up...

When starting an online affiliate business, it’s absolutely important to have a community throughout the journey.

The name of the game is that there are good times and pretty hard times as well.

During these times, it's great to have the support of those around you as well as the advice and they may have.

Here at wealthy affiliate, you will find like-minded individuals (and even friends) with whom you can share your experiences.

You'll realize that you're not on this journey alone.
