Thankul For All My Affiliate Sales!

Last Update: November 26, 2020

Turkey Day is upon us once more!

I'm not gonna lie... this is definitely NOT a typical Thanksgiving day for most of us.

That said, I'm still thankful, epsecially for the financial position affiliate marketing has put me in.

Honestly, I'm not normally one to share much about my personal life, but due to the abnormal situation we're all in, I'll make an exception...

I know that starting your own affiliate marketing business is not easy, but to all those of you who are feeling discouraged, I'd like to share my own short story!!!

This time last year, I was working thanksgiving eve at a JOB I absolutely loathed.

It was an overnight job at UPS, and it was brutal. I didn't know it was possible to hate something that much.

At the time, I was actually working two jobs: UPS at night and Amazon during the day. It was a real-life nightmare!

Fortunately, SO MUCH has changed since Last Thanksgiving, particularly with my finances!

About 8 months ago, Affiliate Marketing was making me enough money that I was able to completely replace the monthly income I was making at UPS.

No joke, the EXACT DAY I realized that, I immedietely QUIT!

Yes, within one year (due to affiliate marketing) I went from about $10/day in affiliate sales to being able to QUIT that attrocious overnight UPS factory job.

It might have been the happiest moment of my life... Not gonna lie.

Anways, understand that this didn't happen by accident. I was working very hard for multiple hours per day on affiliate marketing!

Fast forward 6 months..

About 180 days after replacing my part-time monthly UPS income with affiliate income, I then ALSO hit the milestone of replacing my part-time monthly income at Amazon as well!

Today, I still work at Amazon, but the funny thing is, I make MORE money with my side husle than I do my day job!

To this day, my parents, friends and family often urge me to quit my part-time job and pursue my business full time, but I've never been much of a risk-taker!!

...I am much, much more calculated with my decisions. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing!

My Plan? ...Quit Amazon when my Affiliate Businesses are making 2X as much as Amazon!

I am getting closer and closer to my goal, and I am so thankful that I've been given the opportunity to chase income outside of a typical job.

I'm sorry that I've droned on and on with this post, but I hope I've given you guys a unique glimpse into what is possible in this business.

At the end of the day I am THANKFUL that affiliate marketing has given me the chance to create a LIFE that is my own...

I hope that you are all able to be thankful for your own affiliate journeys this day! If you're not where you want to be yet, don't worry. Stay patient and keep moving forward!

Xoda, I logged on today to stop my WA account bc I havent made the progress I intended and monthly fee just keeps going.
My thinking was once I actually start studying/working again I would restart WA if still relevant. Instead you have just given me a 12-month goal!
Love "Stay patient and keep moving forward!"
At no point am I quitting, just no progress. The deck of cards called life got reshuffled and I'm stil organizing from the impact.

Thank you for sharing and stretching to be non-private, it really does help others.

All the best, Xoda and many Congrats!

I'm Glad I could help, my friend. It really is just a matter of sticking with it when things get tough. We trick ourselves into thinking we NEED SUCCESS RIGHT NOW, and often forget that time, patience and perseverance will get us there as long as we stick with it. Patience is key, as affiliate marketing is ultimately a long-term game!

Hi Firstgen
I like your analogy "The deck of cards called life got reshuffled".
Sometime we feel the cards are stacked against us and say to ourselves why bother. But we can stack/reshuffle the cards in our favor by not giving up on any given tough task or challenge we face.
Looks like you're not going to give up. But just want to say anyway to Keep Going Forward!!!
