Good afternoon everyone. Hope all is well and things are going well for everyone. Unfortunately for us we are experiencing something of a different situation as there have been several bombs exploding and discovered over the past 3 weeks. One would think that with the South by Southwest festival events happening all would go smoothly. That is not the matter here and it is very scary for mayn especially for those who have been impacted by the explosions.
Our home happens to be only about 10 miles from the most recent bomb found in a Fed Ex location which thank goodness no one was injured other than one person by the sound of the explosives going off. In our experiences throughout our living in and around Austin, the only other incident such as this was the Whitman shootings from the University of Texas Tower in 1966 has come this close to our lives.
Our lives are not meant to be shattered by these types of events and hopefully the authorities will find those who have done these things and bring them to justice. Please be careful when receiving suspicious packages that are either not expected, nor having no proper labeling at your homes. There are evil forces at work, and one never knows what will happen.

it’s quite sad how humanity is tearing itself apart. The tragedy is, it is only a few in all of humanity causing this havoc. We the do-gooders need to isolate this few and overwhelm them with our kindness and good deeds. They will not be able to prevail agains these.

Got to keep safe Xavier. We had a mass shooting not too far here in St. Marys County, Maryland (MD). That's the southern part of MD. Two got injured, one boy and one girl. The girl might end up dying she's only 16 years old. She's on her swim team for her high school. The boy who is only 14 years old might recover from his injury. The shooter got shot by some security guard from the high school. Now they need to do something about these guns the children are getting access to.
Lets hope they do come to an agreement. Thanks Rog. Not an easy time. But at least this person was caught. At 2 am this morning the authorities were able to track him down. Then he detonated himself. Wow, I had just took delivery of a package from the carrier the day before. Scary stuff for sure.

Wow! You’re living in the danger zone! It’s hard to believe that there are people who would do such things. Keep your eyes open!

The strange thing was that I took delivery of a package for my step daughter the day before! I took it for granted that the carrier was carrying a package when he dropped it off. It didn't take me too long to make sure she was expecting a package, and she said she was expecting one.
Sure is and was. Serial bomber blew himself up at 2 am after Swat member caught up to him. Take care and thanks for stopping by.
Thank you for your prayers. As of this morning at 2 am this person took his life after being confronted by Swat teams and police. He detonated himself and injured an officer. What has this world turned into, very strange times we live in. Thank you.
This is a very unhappy time, people are divided, ready to kill each other. What for? Better life? Moment of truth? I have no idea.

Oh, my, yes I do hope everyone is all right. It's so sad that there are people out there willing to hurt others to such an extreme degree. I will keep you and all of Austin in my thoughts and hope that it's all resolved soon.

Thank you for your concern as this is winding down. Evidently last night around 2 am the authorities were able to catch up with the person that did this. He took his life.
