Hey Willie,
Kyle's training here at WA will show you how you do NOT have to buy traffic. When following his instructions you will find your potential customers coming to your website WITHOUT your having to spend money on advertising.
There is not magic bullet to success. Following the training and not skipping any steps... nor wandering away from the training to follow some shiny object will get you to where you want your online business to be.

Hi Willie - you'll need to apply and be accepted into an affiliate program by a company or network. You can apply to those that are featured on WA's search, or any number of others.
You don't need to purchase a product in order to review it. This training explains: Writing Product Reviews of Stuff You Don't Own
