How do you find a past conversation with a specific member? History??

Mike - Try left column under training in the MY HISTORY drop down menu first. The next place would be under the individual profile of the person you spoke with. LIGHT BLUE "FOLLOWING" ICON top right of dashboard. Click on the person / conversation you're looking for . . . hope this helps!

I don't think you can. What type of data are you looking for?

I was referring to the conversation you and I had where you commented that my site Homeprojectadvisors.com was good but too broad, so am looking at say bathroom or kitchen projects and may include that in my website name. Do you believe that is narrow enough? Thoughts??

Past PMs can be view in your inbox. Click the "read" tab, and they should appear. If you don't see them, you can search by phrase, or you can organize them new > old or old > new

If you don't see it, maybe it was a question instead of a PM. You can view all your past questions here: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/writemrmike/questions (tab on your profile)

Do you think that kitchen or bathroom projects are narrow enough?

Ah, yes, that was in your private messages.

Yes, I think bath and kitchen projects for a the DIY homeowner is a great niche to go with.

Do you think my website is good as is - homeprojectadvisors.com or should I put say kitchen or baths in front of it or find a another domain name, like bathroomhomeprojectadvisors.com

If you already bought homeprojectadvisors.com, I would just use that one. Domain names won't make or break a website, so it's good enough, and will be totally fine for your business.

If you haven't bought one yet, then bathroomhomeprojectadvisors.com would be more relevant. Or you could shorten it to bathroomprojects.com or renovatebathrooms.com (if they are available).

Under site content, Appearance, my Menu area is not highlighted? I do not see my home page etc like on the video examples...

Every theme is different, so some menu areas will vary based on whatever theme you are using. Each theme SHOULD have at least one menu though! It might not be visible on your homepage, but will be visible on your blog, or vice versa. Lots of possibilities with theme variations!

Your theme might not have a homepage section. Try using the same theme that is used in the videos if you can.

I see a Need Help! under the Live Chat on the left of the screen, what does that mean? I click on it and it brings me to the Live Chat but no explanation or at least I did not

As Mr. akollor123 says, it means that a member in the Live Chat area needs help. When you go to Live Chat, the member that has asked for help appears highlighted with the color green. Check it out the next time that “Need help” appears.

Hi Mike:

Just like you stated... It simply means a member needs help with something. Clicking on it brings the chat room where you will see thread of messages; questions and answers and the corresponding members involved names.

Thanks
