So here goes, silly questions. When you are writing a blog at WA, what does the Success Post? at the bottom do? I am leery of trying it out?
Hi Wanda, good question. I have always found this post to be most helpful in keeping me in line about what is a success post and what is not: What Do You Think A Success Post Is?
Hi there Wanda
It's great to share your successes within the community, and when you do, tag it as a Success Post.
I suspect that makes a difference to the algorithm for the post too. Just my thoughts, no evidence :-)
So go on, write about your success, tag and post it for us all :-)

Wanda! Your post about indexing...Great time to use it!!
I've found a pop-up appears when a badge is earned! These are a success post, but a personal success? ...I've used that as a success post, too!
It encourages all to celebrate victories along this fantastic journey!

I have changed themes a few times now and I am not happy at all with the appearance of my website. I am only on Phase 2 of the boot camp training. Have I missed something, ev
Hiya if its any concellation, l kinda was where you are and thought lm never going to get past this, but you have to have faith in yourself. Training and creating a website is hard l found l had fallen behind with training because l had to concentrate on my website, but l know l will eventually get there stick with it and everything will fall into place. Good luck and don't feel you are alone WA as a community are super great with support ! Have a fantastic New Year 2020 🥳🥳🥳🍾🍾🍾👍
Hi Wanda, I went through the same dilemma when I started and had to decide to move on with my training and trust that I could polish my website later.
As it has turned out, I like my website now and it was just information and confidence that I lacked.
You are doing the right thing in adding content and moving along.
It will all work out in the end.
Have a happy Christmas

It can really slow you down I know. The other option is to ask your coach to help if they are supportive. My coach fixed my banner for me when I first started.
Wishing you a relaxed Christmas

You are welcome Pinkie. If you start to get creative at this point you could derail before you start making money.

Yes i was just adding a post and I guess its not as ugly as I thought. Just room for improvement eventually.
Wanda
Well done Wanda.
You are going to have a really wonderful 2020.
I'll be cheering you on.

Wanda--I remember reading or watching somewhere when Kyle points out that there are many plain websites making money out there! It's ALL about the content and building it up. Personally when I restart mine, I'm going to leave it plain until I finish the training! Just my TWO cents!
Jeff
Thank you Jeff. I do remember him saying not to have it too busy its a distraction. I will carry on with content.
Wanda
My advice to you is to take your time and don't worry. See what the final result of your website is going to be. It will be the best you could do and then it can be re-vamped and with the knowledge you will have gained the re-do will be a joy (not work).

I have been reviewing and commenting on others website pages. My question is, I have seen several grammar and spelling errors.
Do I PM the individual to advise or just
I would definitely want someone to point that out to me, especially since this craft is based on high-level writing skills. A lack of those would certainly impede, if not completely halt, your progress. Good writing skills are essential for success in this field, and there's no way around that. I think it's important to have someone point your mistakes out to you if they are ones that will keep you from finding success.
Brian
Thank you Brian. I totally agree just wanted to make sure that I wouldn't step on anyone toes.
Wanda
I think it is a good idea to keep it private as you said. I think if you feel like you should say something, a private message is a great way to go about it.
Peace
Before you post anything on your website, see that is grammatically correct, make it practise
I definitely agree with the others that sending them a pm is the best advice. I would want to know and it is so easy to overlook little things, even after reading it through and using spell checker. A well-written page is stronger when it is free of errors. If there are even a few of them it can detract from the professionalism or even the content and keep someone from coming back who might have otherwise spent more time on their site.

Sometimes, Wanda, the mistakes are not intentional.
For me, I will try to understand what the person wants to convey.
It is the content that is important.
As for language, I prefer to give the person the benefit of doubt and let it be,
All the best, Wanda.
Thanks for your input. I do understand that but when I peruse website if it is full of errors I don't put much faith in what they are selling.
Wanda
Several sets of eyes looking at the same thing generally will see things that the author did not catch.
I think the person who wrote the article would really appreciate a PM just to let them know about grammar or spelling issues.
Wishing you well,
Colleen
Good evening my friend, sometimes all of us are going fast trying to push it forward, and we Overlook things. It happens to everyone now and then, so my opinion is yes let the person know p. M. them. May you have a most wonderful successful week in all that you do.
I actually had someone PM me after leaving a nice review. I was very thankful as I had not caught the mistake myself. It was much appreciated.

Not sure what I did, but my privacy policy page is in the trash and it is telling me to restore it. How do I restore it? Can't figure it out.
Thanks for the help!
Very easy
from the summary option of all pages you enter on trash.
After that you go with the mouse above privacy and You will see the button ''Restore''
click that and... finish!
Thank you so much! I can't tell you how much I appreciated this. You were so right, it was easy.
Thank you!

I am building a website for WA affiliate marketing and I feel like I am repeating myself. Is this normal or should each post be totally different? Thanks for comments.
You can tackle the same topic in many different ways. Of course you must also be careful not to repeat yourself a lot. Try finding other topics related to your niche and explore those on your next posts. Best wishes
Jane
It is good to have posts that relate to each other and you can use internal links to help with ranking in search engines.
Thank you. I was thinking that was my plan, but being so new to this wasn't sure if it was a good idea or not. Thanks for input.
Wanda
Hi Ken
I feel it's more content related. An example is I talk about how much better our lifestyle can be but I might word it differently. Does that make sense?
