Dreams do come true
My life has been a whirlwind since our Canadian Thanksgiving. And I say that with excitement. My last post in WA was my 6 months and I was struggling to find the time. Well I have just added more demand to my life, so time is even more valuable right now. Its the busy people who get things done.
My husband and I were planning his retirement for 2 years down the road (2021) and at that time we were going to move back to my home town area. So Thanksgiving weekend we looked a property near my home town, have been since the spring just to get an idea of the market and see what was available. Low and Behold, our dream property dropped into our laps. Who Knew!
It is everything we ever wanted and more. So like kids in a candy shop, we put an offer in and it was excepted. Here's the kicker, we haven't sold ours. We listed our house later that week, had an offer after the weekend and we accepted based on approved financing. They couldn't do it. So back to the showings. My problem is that we moved the closing date for this couple to January and now I am panicked. I am not a fan of bridge financing, but we will do what we have to. I will not let our dream escape. There are stumbling blocks all throughout our life, and WA is no different. You just need to stay focused and overcome them.
It might have been a bit impulsive, but I am here at WA to help reach those dreams. I cannot tell those individuals who follow me that I get such positive insight from their posts and their comments, that I felt I could share this will you all without harsh judgement.
WA is going to help me move forward financially and I want to help others reach their dreams, It is possible. I also want to grow as a person, and this community has the best attitute, that I can only go forward as a person. I hope everyone out there sees what a terrific community this is.
Thank you to you all for being a part of my community and may all your dreams come true!
