I have purchased my domain a1superhero.com. I've added the transfer code and it seems stuck on getting enabled. When I click on the transfer to WA button, I get this: check E

If it's a brand new domain name then you can't transfer the registration for 60 days. You can however point the nameservers to WA and have your website hosted here on your domain name.

Hello all. I successfully got a transferring code from my original domain host. Popped it into WA domain transfer tool Validated and payed my domain fee through paypal. In

Way back when I transferred mine over I just set up a Support Ticket, let them know exactly what I wanted to do, and they basically took care of everything for me. It was easy actually, and I had NO CLUE at the time of what to do with all that stuff lol. Go to the SiteRubix tab and then to SiteSupport :)

I've built websites in the past and I'm a computer tech so I enjoy doing it myself. I did work with my domain host to get a transfer code. The problem is the process of making it active in WA. I paid for the domain in WA but it got stuck on the last step.

That's what Support is there for, brother. Let them know your issue and they'll take care of you :)

I thought I was doing that by creating a question. Does this not get seen by the community? Is there a better way for me to go about it? I also PM'd Kyle about it.

Yeah man you can always ask questions through these forums or PM'ing Kyle. Both of those are great ways to get answers as this community is a super helpful one, especially when it's concerning the direction you're going with your site or a new idea you have that you want some brainstorming with. But when you're stuck with a technical issue, that's when it's time to use SiteSupport like I mentioned in the first message :) Go to the SiteRubix tab and then to SiteSupport. For all things technical I go straight there.

Thanks man. I figured out the support thing after I sent that last message. They are indeed helpful.

They are. And don't worry, the first go 'round anytime you have a technical hiccup can be a little frustrating, but now you know your way around and if you have any future hiccups, you know where to go. In the beginning I made quick friends with support lol. Thankfully I haven't needed them for months :)
