Who are you Attracting to your team?
Are you attracting the right people to your business? If not, why not?
You know what you do in your life, how you treat people and how you live your values, this is how people see you.
You need to build a team, people who compliment you and your values. When you build a strong team it amazing to know you have that back up. You have advocates, it is almost 100 to 1 advocates against adversaries.
When you are building your team you need to remember these points
#1 Be the person you want to attract, then go out and actively seek out those people
#2 Not everybody is meant to be on your team, even the good ones, the poeple you think will be the best are not always right.. Sometimes it just doesn't work out, it dioesn't make them bad people.
#3 Sometimes the word that sting are not all bad. We need the different view even though it does not agree with ours.
#4 When you have enlisted them, trust them. Put your star players on the field, they can score point for your when they are on the bench.
#5 Always keep building your team. Never rest on the team you have.

Hi Christina, you will build a team who have subscribed to your business whether it be WA Affiliates or your own business.
To be successful you have to engage with them and coach them to be successful in their business.
As WA is a membership site and you receive residual income from membership renewals it is in your interest to have successful referrals.
You also can sell them more products as you build your business, your list (team) is the most valuable asset you can own in internet marketing. Cheers Kev
