Yes its ok, all in one SEO has their own sitemap feature which you should activate from the plugin settings.

ok so I tried logging into my email from WA (the email I made specifically for my website) and upon clicking "log in now" I am getting this message and it's kinda scary:
looks like their certificate has run out
they need to reset it
jump on kyles profile and tell him -or instagram - or even sitesupport

Ok so I noticed when I go to my Site Kit it's saying that my speed is 26 for mobile and 88 for desktop (which is what I use)
When I click "PageSpeed Insights" source it
Did you use cache plugin on your website? Sometimes even without plugin, the browser cache the data of your home page therefore you might not feel the slow loading at all. Clear your browser cache when you are testing your site.
Cleared my cache and browsing history a day or two ago and accidently cleared cache trying to set up a plug-in "Autoptomize" just a few moments ago, still loads super fast if I go directly to my site through my browser but it does take awhile if I click the PageSpeed Insights in my Site Kit on wordpress...
Try running ypur site through Google lighthouse tool. It will help you debug if the issue is at server side or at your site. Keep in mind that sometimes bad scores are due to intermittent server issues so dont worry about single score too much.
