Email customizing training, custom signature, images etc...
For email marketing purposes you are probably better off to make use of a service like Getresponse. I use a combination of Getresponse and gmail in my business.
I use Getresponse to capture emails, to send out scheduled emails automatically to my subscriber list and bulk email if I want to send out a specific email right now to my email list.
Gmail I use when customers email me to e.g. ask a question. If I then just have the one person to reply to I will use gmail which I connected to my domain and I also have a signature there with business logo, business email, website etc. in my signature.

Thank you for this info. I will look into Getresponse. I don't use my email for lists or capturing subscribers. I have 600+ clients in my tax business and don't like the so called "secure downloading services". I have been using Gmail for years with no issues but now it seems that identity theft is on steroids. So I am looking for more secure ways to keep my client's info more secure.

Hi - unfortunately, the email system here is very basic; it is not possible to customise it, add signatures, etc.
You can do a forward and then use the capabilities of Gmail or Outlook if you like.
Your Gmail and Outlook can also be secure, with double authentications. You can benefit from filtering spam and other features.
