Which theme did you choose?
And have you written a test blog to see if the problem is still there when you have content?
Doesn't need to be "real content". Just create a post and type a sentence, publish it and see what happens.
If it's a problem with your permalink/url, you can have a look here:
Go to "Setting" -> "Permalinks"; what is your setting there?
The default setting here on WA is usually a custom setting with /%postname%
after your url.
Like in my screenshot.

It seems it is not picking the page and post titles for some reason . i have content on my abut me page , and its not showing in the browser .
Strange.
I just installed the theme on a test site and I don't experience the same problems.

What did you do after installing the theme? (If you did anything.)
If you accidentally messed something up, you can switch to another theme, and then install the Iconic One Theme again to reset it.
I think switching shortly to another theme to see if the problem persits would be the best option, just to narrow down the possibilities.

Here the possible fix:
Go to "Appearance -> Customize"
Then to "Site Identity" and put in the "site title" and "tag line".
That should do the trick.
