Have you tried page builders? Siteorigin page builder and elementor are 2 I am mosr familiar with, beaver is another one.
You can add background colours / images to your pages that way.
hope that helps

I gave feedback on 2 sites which was required to get feedback for my site. However, I'm still being told that I need to give feedback in order to proceed. How long does it take
The feedback credits normally get applied straight away so unsure why this is happening. You get 1 credit per feedback you give and then it costs 2 credits to get feedback. I normally give 10 feedbacks at a time and then I have some in the bank for when I add new content or features.
Good strategy, I just wish I personally had the time. Every step counts for me at the moment in a timely manner.
I don't really have the time either but if you can do 2 feedbacks try to do 4 or 5 just so next time you do a post you have some sitting there to help you if needed

How long does it take to be able to ask for feedback on my site, after I offered 2 comments on other people's site?
Once those have been approved, you will get the credits. You don't have to stop at 2 though, you can accrue additional credits through continuing to comment on other people's websites.
I need speedy progress in the courses though, because that's the way for me to keep momentum. If I don't see my own personal progress I'll be less likely to keep a premium membership. If I have to wait to long, or try to figure out what to do next too often, I'll be stuck into other issues in life. Mine personally can be hectic.

The main motivation I have for being in WA is I need money. I don't have money to pay for even a too expensive domain name. What are some sites that are giving free or inexpens
Before I created an account with WA I had bought domain names through Godaddy and I believe WA is the best place to get a domain name. Plus it is easy to hook up.
If you can't afford the domain name right now just leave the free siterubix link at the end.
Once you make money you can always buy one. :)
Did you follow these steps in this blog post?
This helped me set it up.
Transferring WA-site to GoDaddy domain
If you can't afford a dot com domain name then just stick with the free siterubix subdomain.
You may be able to buy a cheap dot com at 1and1.com or namecheap.com
You can get a domain names a lot of places. If you are a new customer at Godaddy you can get the first year for $0.99. That is about cheap as you get. About anywhere else it is going to be between $10 to $15 for a domain name.
As far as when will you start making money that is up to you and the work you are willing to do. The more places you have your affiliate link the quicker you make money.
1. you could stick with the free .siterubix.com sites then you don't have to pay anything, and make sure you get through all the free training, then you have some wordpress sites and you can actually make them look quite professional. Compare these free sites with .wordpressdotcom free sites, they are not at all professional because they force you to have ads on your site, you have a lot less control, yet a lot of people use them, even people who have professional business sites have their blogs on these - so the free .siterubix.com are better than those and you have two of those already in here. There are other free sites out there and a google search will bring them up for you. I'm not sure how good they are but they are a step down from wordpress and I do hear people complaining about them from time to time.
2. When do people start making money in here? Well that depends on how good you are at signing people up - if you signed up two people you'd have free hosting and membership here, some people can do that very easily and quickly , others can't do that quickly. That is with bootcamp. There is the option to make affiliate sales to other programs, again it depends on the person but that is a business and can you think of any business that does not have a learning curve - this isn't a get rich quick scheme, it does take a lot of work and you have to like what you are doing whatever niche/area you choose.
If you are genuinely unable to buy a domain then stick at the starter membership, in my opinion.

being that I'm a premium member, can I change my domain to one without "siterubix" on the end for free? if so how?
You have to buy a Domain of your own from such places as GoDaddy or NameCheap then you transfer it over to WA and its hosted for you free.
I only pay NameCheap $7 for a whole year.
Robert
You can sometimes get them on sale. I got one for $1.00 from Host Gator and $2.99 from GoDaddy. I can also sell domain names through a service that I am a part of.

Can I build those for free, and then transfer them here? Not sure how that works.
Thanks Paul1916, I checked it out. I'll use Siteorigin page builder
