Why Certification when logging into my website?
Do you have SiteSSL turned on? Is the website loading or you are just getting an error page? You probably will want to submit a SiteSupport ticket.

I started to Build my website all plugins were installed. Looked for keywords. Did all that. Now Iam at installing pages and I go to build my website and its telling to start
Are you having trouble finding your existing website? Or just the location of the dashboard?
To go to the dashboard of a website, click on the light blue tab on the upper-left hand of your screen where it says SiteRubix. Then click Site Manager. It should bring you to a page where your site should be listed with a bunch of information on its health, comments, posts, etc.
Once you get there, click the blue tab where is says Log In and then Log In Now. It should take you to your dashboard.
Let me know if this made any sense at all.

Not sure of which website layout to chose. If I understand correctly If I want to change features on the website I would have to purchase to make additional changes to website
I am not to sure if this is the answer to your question.
Wordpress provides us with hundreds of themes that are free, but you can upgrade to your liking.
I am sure you will find some great looking themes from their selection.
Go Site Rubix or wordpress dashboard.

Did you get your answer in the meantime? By adding plugins can sometimes solve the problem. You just have to choose the right plugin and don't add too many. Too many plugins can slow down your website:)
So it seems that you need a theme with pictures to promote autoparts? Is that what you are looking for? I think you need to look through all of the themes on your dashboard and see what best fits for you. The great thing is you can always change your theme! Also you can do some research on google looking for "best themes for autoparts."
There are free, freemium and premium themes which are responsible for your website layout. You can change as often as you like, most often there's no problem in switching but if there is, you can always switch back.
Have a look at a freemium theme like Customizr which is popular with many members at WA. https://wordpress.org/themes/customizr/
