What is the issue on your website - traffic or sales
I am not an expert in website traffic or website sales. This is just logic though, and the concepts I cover are also the same in the off-line world.
I have seen members here asking "why is my site not getting sales", then jumping in to look at their SEO.
Better questions
Before you start jumping in and changing things just stop. Tony Robbins says: Successful people ask better questions, and as a result, they get better answers.”
So lets ask some better questions: Do you have a traffic problem or do you have a website/sales funnel problem? Why? Because no/low or wrong Traffic means no/low sales. And issues with the website/sales funnel means no/low sales. But which one is in play? Or are both issues in play?
Traffic problem?
Are you getting traffic? Yes or No? That is easy .. check your analytics (Google etc).
If "No" it means your SEO/promotion needs attending to (even if people hate your site, they are actually not getting to it to hate it).
If "Yes" it means either you have the wrong traffic or you have website/sales funnel problem.
Is it the wrong traffic? Yes or No. Take a look. Simple example: You have a quilters site, you are a quilter, you think all quilters might be interested in WA. You only promote WA on your site. No one joins WA. Why is this the case .. because they are coming to your site for quilting not for Make Money Online.
If "Yes" then make the changes to get the right traffic.
Website/Sales funnel problem?
If "No", and therefore it is the right traffic, the issues is with the website/sales funnel. Maybe your content is not good, maybe your site loads to slowly, maybe it is not well organised, maybe you are selling to quickly without establishing your credibility.
Rinse and repeat
What if the issue was Traffic and you rectify that, and there are still no sales then you also have a website/sales funnel issue.
When you have corrected that and the traffic is ok and the sales are ok .. then go back through the cycle and ask a better question: "What can I improve".
What this blog is not
This is not a blog about how to do your SEO or promotion or website or sales funnels. There are many blogs and trainings on WA that cover those details. This blog is simple logic concepts to implement to identify issues clearly and quickly. It does not cover all circumstances or all situations, take the concepts and apply them where you need to.
