24 really is a poor sitespeed for mobile..
improving sitespeed is a multi stage process ....
first see what google insights says is wrong....
is it image size along with render blocking
if so then tackle the images first ...without doing this you won't get much farther...
two choices....download the images and optimize them ( make them smaller file sizes about 50kb each would be good)
or try to use an image compressor...
i have used robin image resizer plugin with some success....you will need ot run it manually as wa prevent cron jobs from running
then start to tackle the other parts slowing your site down....
have fun
phil
other parts may improve site speed with async-javascript and autoptimize plugins....

Should we be using Google XML Sitemaps alongside the All In One SEO plug-in? I keep getting notifications to say the two are conflicting with each other. Given the need to keep
you have a choice you can turn off thesitemap part of all in one but that means you have two plugins capable of doing the same job....
so in this circumstance i would advise removing one plugin as you have it covered with the other plugin....
reducing the number of plugins is normally beneficial...so if you can find ones that cover multiple fucntion and they are well coded then it is always better than just adding another plugin...
if you do get rid of xml site maps then switch off and save sitemaps in all in one
then switch it back on and save ...
click on the button to make sure it has regenerated the sitemap...
good luck
