Okay so I finished stage one feel like I'm new at this and have no clue where to begin lol.. Moving on to stage 2 but before I do what am I missing here how do I post things to
I believe that is covered in the Level 2 training, Level 3, where Kyle walks you through posting your very blog.
Hi - what "things" do you mean? If you mean articles or posts on your chosen subject, just write them in Site Content, and hit "publish".
If you mean the products you want to promote, then that is covered in level 3 of the training. It is too early to be doing that now.
Your website isn't even visible on the internet yet, because Google hasn't found it. This is called indexing and can take up to a couple of weeks.
If you mean onto your website?
You go to your dashboard in wordpress - the websites button to the left here, and choose the top option - site manager and choose your website. Click posts in you dashboard and start writing ! I am sure that Kyle covers this as you go along, he will tell you exactly what you need to do like your privacy policy and your 'about me' page' he talks you through it all.

I would suggest following the training courses. They teach you most of if not all of the basics. I know it seems overwhelming at first, but if you stick with the training and continue to practice page building before you know it all of this will seem easy in comparison.
