Because I am getting traffic from US and EU ,I am putting up links from companies on both sides. The company banners will be obvious to where the company is from ,but text links

After some deliberation, how about having blue text for US and red text for UK/Europe , also explain this in your about page.

I cant answer that question but would like too know that myself

If I were doing links as you described then I would simply include a little disclosure such as "find xyz widgets here (US customers only)." Hope that helps ... GrampaMike

Loes has a plugin( I think that is plugin), where she sees who visits her site, cheers.

You could have 2 websites, one for each side and on both have a link to the other and hope your visitors will go to the local site, but that may not help your SEO efforts. Having 1 site with 30 posts I assume would outperform 2 sites with 15 posts each I assume. Having 2 sites with similar 30 posts would need some extra SEO related work so that google does not 'blacklist' one for copying the other - and which I don't know enough to help you with.

There are WP plugins that can detect where the visitor is from. My research earlier showed that they were not 100% reliable, and was also dependent on other parties keeping databases up to date. I scrapped the idea at that point. I wanted to install, implement and forget knowing that it was always working...

Amazon UK and I've used Affiliate Window for some UK sites, it depends on your niche. :)

I use JVZoo and ClickBank for digital products so it doesn't matter where in the world my readers live as there are no shipping costs. ~Marion

Oh ok Yay!

There is a discussion about it on WordPress, see if you can find an answer there: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/404-file-not-found-see-here

When I write a blog article, I want it to go to google plus automatically, how do I do this? The same for facebook etc

You can do this via Hootsuite, although it doesn't have many benefits as far as I've seen:

If not the search social in the wp new plugin search area

If you have installed social media icons then just one click on G+ will do the job.

Thanks , but can you elaborate on that

You have to install social media plugin. There are many available, choose one which works well with your theme. Go to dashboard and plugins, search, install, activate and make sure that they appear on your published posts somewhere.
There is a lot of info if you go to question bar above, here is one:

I have added Tweet, Like, Share and Google +1 to my website, now what I want to know is when I write a blog, how do I get it to automatically appear on google plus etc.

Just click on icon G+, it will go there.
