Don't Sweat The Small Stuff
Sometimes the going gets rough.
But the tough get going, as the old saying goes.
When you find yourself in that moment, just remember the old adage..don't sweat the small stuff.
Theres's something very freeing and empowering about letting things go - whether they be possessions, feelings or situations.
It is definitely easier said than done at times, but with practice it gets easier.
Start with something small and let it go.
Why get yourself in a jumble? Life is too darn short.
Take a breath, walk away and refocus. Then send it off and out of your mind.
Now you can get on back to work and start making your goals your reality!

Hi west2000, You said it just right except one thing we are human and we just have a hard time letting things go.
For instance I have a hard time letting things go but I am still working and learning how to let things go. It is so hard because things come back up.
But you and my husband is saying the same thing. But always it was the little things that would bug me. The big problems I could come up with a solution but the little things they would trigger everything in me. But like I have said I am working and learning on how to let things go.
I have to say my faith is what holding me together. Even though it has been shaken I have only gotten through because of my faith. Yes I have been on the rock bottom more times then I can count but it was my faith that has pulled me through.

Becoming aware of triggers can help with letting go, with practice and time, Sounds like you are moving in the right direction, Mary!
Hi West2000, It is a struggle everyday and I have my good days and i have bad days and then I have what I call the worse day. It can be very hard at times but my husband reminds me of that I have my faith and it will get me through and it has in more ways than one.

I rather like the double-barreled advice "Don't sweat the petty stuff and don't pet the sweaty stuff".
โDonโt pet the sweaty stuff โis new to me! ๐๐คฃ๐
You are funny Phil!
Cheers,

What I have now is bike riding, weight training, surfing, sunbathing, BBQing and something else... that's right, online businesses.

How true, how true. If we must battle or be embroiled in any kind of problem, if we can just focus on what is really important and let go of the other stuff, we will be better off. Sometimes that's not easy, but with practice, we can bring our path under control.
I totally agree. It is a constant learning lesson sometimes. But itโs worth the try.
