Changing Your Habits
We all have habits that we do regularly. Some are beneficial while others may not serve you well.
Habits can be simple and good for us. But when they are not, they can be really challenging to break.
When we have bad habits, they can be very disempowering. They can take a detrimental toll on our lives, affecting our entire well-being.
We all know we have at least one habit that needs work, but how do we do this?
How To Tackle Unwanted Habits
There are tips that you can try to undo a habit you may not want to keep.
Firstly, consider the why. Stop when you are about to engage in whatever it is you want to not do. Ask yourself why are you doing it, what trigger set you off and what is to be gained?
In other words, what is your reward for doing this habit?
Secondly, replace the bad habit with something better. For example, if you stay up too late at night but know you need more sleep, make a plan to schedule your sleep so that you have more time.
As you replace bad habits with new ones, you will become more empowered by making smarter choices that help you.
Thirdly, make yourself accountable. Say you want to accomplish more with your online business, look at why you are not and then make a choice/plan to tackle what needs to be done.
Writing things down is one way that is very effective in helping you to accomplish goals and stay accountable.
Lastly, be mindful of your actions. Being mindful means totally paying attention to what you are doing in the moment.
It is the opposite of multi-tasking. Slowing down can help you to realize what you are doing that doesn't work and help you to choose something better.
New Habits Await
As you break old habits and replace them with new helpful ones, you will feel empowered, accomplished and more fulfilled.
Helpful habits such as regular exercise, healthier foods and more sleep can ultimately make our lives better.
Build on new habits by getting support from friends, consider your triggers and reward system, create a new routine...and celebrate when you have a win!
Breaking bad habits takes time and work like anything else. However, the gains can be incredible.

That's the thing. I am unable to tolerate that
It must be entirely clear of ALL mails
That's the habit I need to break
I need to be like you lol
Oh, now I get it ;-) That's funny to hear as I've been criticized for keeping as much as I do. Whatever works is what works best imo.
Lol
I have a folder for every regular mail
And those that are new, I put them in miscellaneous, if they become a regular, then they get a folder
Nothing should be in my inbox, junk, spam, delete or sent boxes
They must be all clear
AND
I have 10 different emails
Do you understand why I need to break the habit? 🤔
I can see that.Trying to keep track of all those addresses is a job in itself. Well, being organized is not the worst habit lol.
