I've tried to log into my website admin and could not because of incorrect pw or user name. I requested reset the pw. The address it was sent to is an old one that I can't access. How can i get in?
is your email from google>? Are you able to recover the old email? you may have to update which email address the wordpress is using and request again>>
Hi Wendy - just to be clear, is it NameCheap's control panel you are having difficulty logging into - and not the WordPress control panel on WA for your site?
It's just that you say you've been trying to login to wordpress from the admin login - but then go on to say your wordpress password is working.
If it's NameCheap - have you tried clicking on "forgot username and password" on NameCheap? Here is the link: https://manage.www.namecheap.com/myaccount/rememberpwd.asp
If it's logging into WP from WA - then try highlighting the password shown on the Details screen of Build My Website - and paste that into the password box.

Raydj, you need to put in a ticket with WA support. They will sort you out.
