Hi, You should be fine changing the page title. I experienced 404 error and problem with permalinks because I realise that i had the same page in the trash folder with same title. I would suggest copy and paste and make sure to delete the current page and look at the trash folder. Let me know if you have more questions :)
a secone thought.. any change you make on your page, also put those words in your seo thingy. I am guessing, but ask for another opinion.

I had to create a new title page then go back recopy the content then delete the old one. Not sure if that's the easiest way though.
