Experience Value perception
I can't believe she just screamed.
"Call your manager just now!", She shouted louder.
The whole restaurant poured their eyes and some wanting to find out what was the matter.
"I ordered and ice cream with strawberry sauce and this idiot brought me an ice cream with chocolate sauce!", she muttered.
The manager comes to find out and trying to calm her down.
I felt so embarrassed by this customers' behavior and her being so insensitive.
The ice cream is just $1.
We are Clients and Service ProvidersHow many times do we serve our clients incorrect or half -correct information in the rush to publish. How do clients experience your website? At times your get all the right keywords and title but when a client looks into your website they find nothing really valuable.
Don't Fall in Love with Your Product but Your Client. Most of the time I read online product or opportunity reviews, I am amazed about the passion of the reviewer about their product they are referring as opposed to the knowledge and information about the actual product. The value of the information provided by the reviewer must be for the client or customer taste buds approval. I find it easier as a client to simply click to leave a site that is not authentic and not objective. See your product as a client not as a service provider.
$1 is not the value but experience is more valuable. How we experience the value of the service has nothing to do with the amount of money but the perception created. We trust people who care more than people who know. I heard a statement that says, "People don't care how much your know, until they know how much your care."
Lessons are everywhere.....
Thanks for your feedback.
No reason for screaming...
Very embarassing indeed
Great insights
