You probably will need to submit a SiteSupport ticket:

I cannot submit a ticket as the domain/site is not yet set up with WA. I need to get the DNS sorted before it shows as a site.
It is a bit of a catch 22 situation.

I would just select one of your other sites, if you don't have one just do make a free siterubix site and use that, but then tell them what's going on.

It is a hard one Lynn, I have the same problem as I cover the Amazon Kindle and it is the same. I have put an Amazon widget on my site and hopefully people will be able to go to whatever suits them best.
