For those of us in the community that is familiar with Les Brown, he is one of my favorite Motivational Speakers. Sixteen years ago, February 18, 2003, to be exact, I stumbled on some of his videos and I was hooked. On that day I printed from my computer "Quotes to Inspire you" and I have been traveling with those quotes in my Diary since that day.
There is one habit that I developed over the years from one of those quotes and I still continue practicing to this day; that is to "Get your ideas on paper and study them. Do not let them go to waste.
Have you ever gotten out of bed in the middle of the night to write down a thought that came to you? I have done that several times, so I change that by keeping my diary note book on my bedside table. I just have to make one or two turns, write that thought down and back to bed,
If you resist that urge to get up and write that thought down, it may disappear by the morning when you wake up.

I love Les and have been a huge fan of his since stumbling across his talks 5 years ago. He did pretty good for somebody who had all odds stacked against him from a very young age.
