I have WP Rocket Installed but having some trouble opening some pages direct from Google.
Can I contact WP Rocket support to get them to check things over for me?
If Yes How do I do That?
If No, What Can I Do about it?

Hey Lisa,

Hope you're not using a cache plugin on a WA hosted website when you have 2 very powerful choices to use of server hosted caches... those being:
1.) Accelerated
2.) Extreme

However, if the site you have WP Rocket installed on is hosted elsewhere, you might want to consider trying a different cache plugin.

Two sites that I am aware of that use W3 Total Cache, load very quickly and those sites seldom have page loading issues.

Hope you find this helpful.

Hi Trish. I just moved my websites to WA hosting. Would like to learn more about these powerful choices - Accelerated and Extreme. Could you enlighten me, please?

Hey Timotheus,

I will do my best to help you out.
1.) Go to your SiteManager: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites

2.) Find the site you want to adjust, and look to the lower, bottom, right-hand corner of the container displaying your website, for the Details button... as shown in 1st screen print below... and click on it.

3.) Scroll down until you see the SitePlus+ option... as shown in the 2nd screen print below... and choose between the two options or caching your website... then TURN ON SiteSpeed so the cache will work.

4.) Test your website to make sure your chosen caching did not hurt your site. Most themes can handle the Extreme cache but it may interfere with some plugins.

Make sure you READ over each choice so that you understand... and don't forget that you will need to come back here (Details for that site) whenever you need to clear the cache.

Hope this is helpful.

Hi Lisa,
I use WP Rocket as well. Although I have never needed to contact support, I am certain you could contact them for help on their website page or through your settings, there is a help button. (Like a live chat).

Also, they have a great Facebook group that is very helpful, called WP Rocket users. I have received helpful advice there.

Good luck.

Hi, Lisa

I use WP Rocket and it works great, but you have to go through and configure all the settings just right. Make sure to shut off extreme acceleration in your WA account so that you don't minify CSS and Java twice.

On the pages that won't load, be sure to clear your cache on both the WA and WP Rocket sides.

You can contact WP Rocket support and ask for help. If you decide to give them access to your website then make sure to create a guest access account and delete it or change the password as soon as they are done. That really shouldn't be necessary, just include a comprehensive listing of all your settings in WA and WP Rocket.

Thanks very much, Frank.
I have turned off extreme and paid a professional to set it up for me properly.
So I just go to the slow pages and clear the cache with WP Rocket and On-site here?

Why only extreme acceleration? I was told by WA Support to switch it off completely. What is the benefit of keeping the slower option on?

I don't know. I'm no good at this stuff hence asking the question!

I do have mine switched off completely and I find it runs faster that way, but most people keep it on (set to regular) because they get better results.

I suggest you try it both ways and use what method works best for you.

If you shut it off completely then you won't have potential double cache issues to deal with.

Switch it off completely, then you have only one cache, in the plugin. This is what I was told by Support at WA. Perhaps your issues are due to double cache.

Yes, I have been in touch with them these days, they normally reply within a day. You should have Support button in the plugin dashboard in your site. Otherwise, log in into your account at their site and ask for help.

It would be good to hear about your experience with the plugin.
