Hello business friends,
I need someone to help me out on this. I now have a new website transferred to W.A. The problem I see in site manager is that it states "No WordPress Website Installed". My site is a WP site. Why do I need to redo it? I like the template I have and the dashboard area. Also when I turn on "SiteSSL (HTTPS)" it stayed in Queued mode, then after a few minutes it would stay on "off" again. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you ask tech support they will do most of it for you. They have a simple process that they describe to you. It worked very well for me.

Was it "transferred" or migrated?

I also migrated a website to WA. First I downloaded a migration file from my existing website. Then I had my domain (registered elsewhere) point to the WA servers. I had a fresh install of WordPress loaded. Then I added the migration plug-in to the fresh install of WordPress. I use the All in One Migration Tool (note that there is a size limitation unless you purchase the upgrade). Then I used the migration tool to load up the migration file that I had downloaded previously.

That re-created my old WordPress site complete with theme, plug-ins, etc.

I see friend. But did you lose your data from the original hosting and registering company?

No. All my settings, my database (i.e. post and pages), and all my plug-ins were migrated from my other hosting to WA.

If you mean the dashboard within my WordPress wp-admin area the answer is yes. My theme, plug-ins, everything migrated seamlessly.

This happens to me some times since I have more than one site hosted here, at times only one shows and I have to hit refresh for the others to show. If nothing works after following Abie's post, site support is your best bet.

I appreciate the the answer friend. But as I have explained above, I love the template I have and the dashboard. It is a WordPress site and I don't know why it is saying in Site manager that I have "No WordPress Website Installed". It is also not letting me turn on the "SiteSSL (HTTPS)". I guess I'll have to ask support. All the best!
