You can see it being used in kyle's videos and other websites it takes not only a screenshot but almost like a cartoon banner around the screenshot and has this big red cartoon arrow on it to show visitors amazon product prices screenshots of it or researched material from other websites and then stuck in this fancy screenshot

Greenshot, that I mentioned earlier, allows you to add the arrows etc.
Just be aware, we can NOT screenshot Amazon though, it is against their T&C's.

oh im using greenshot as advised didnt see the arrow feature i will have to look thru the program for it

When you click on the G in the taskbar, and then choose one of the top capture modes, lets say Capture Region, once it has captured, it will ask you what you want to do with the capture, I.e. Save it, or Open in Image Editor. We want to use Image Editor. From there, you will find the arrow on the left-hand side.

Well done :-) You can also change the colour and thickness of the arrow :-) Once selected from the left, you will see the options just above it on the top menu.
