I'm trying to upload my own website directory (CSS, IMG and index.html) to WA. I purchased a domain from WA already. Any suggestions as to how to do this?

I go to site manager

Click details on domain in question onward next page, I find my ftp into to connect with filezilla

you don't unless it is wordpress based ...
then you can get your log in details under websites>>sitedomains>>settings>>ftp settings... on the domain....
but the only sites that are hosted here now are wordpress based....
check with sitesupport for confirmation under help....
so you may have to rebuild in wordpress...
