Hi, I have a question on the e-mail setup of my new site.

Let me briefly explain where I am and what I want.

For the new e-mail set-up, I have chosen the “forward to” option.

So, all the e-mails sent to my ‘site e-mail address’ will be forwarded to my personal e-mail account. Right?

Here is my question.

When I reply to my clients from my ‘personal e-mail account’, I want my reply is shown as it was sent from my ‘site e-mail address’ instead of my ‘personal e-mail address'

Is it possible? If so, how to make this setup?

Thank you for your help in advance.

Here's what you are trying to do: That's for Gmail, and it's old, so I'm not sure if it still works exactly like that. You may have to search an external tutorial if that one doesn't work. However, it's definitely possible to do what you want to do.

Thanks Nathaniell. The video is still current and I've resolved the issue. Good stuff as always.

Hi Jason
I think Gordon's reply is correct but you may find Kyle's training video on setting up email accounts for your WA Hosted Websites and email forwarding options useful, see here:

I believe that If you send out emails from your site email address, although the reply will be forwarded to your personal email address any reply will be shown from your site email address.

Thank you for your reply.
But, sending out from my site email address is not a preferred option.
Is there a way of sending out using my personal email address while making it looks like it was sent from my site email address?
Thank you.

I don't think that is possible. An email is sent from the email address you use, so if you want your readers/clients to see your site email address you have to use your site email. I may be wrong and someone comes in and says otherwise but I don't see how you can do what you have in mind
