UPDATE: this problem is in respect to my domain email.

Hi guys! Please, any one ever had problem reading emails from sitemanager?

I find it so difficult to read my mails, sometimes it takes me literally upto 5minutes to be able to open one mail, sometimes it doesnt even open at all other times it opens the ones i already read.

As i write this, i have some mails from days ago i havent been able to open and it's becoming fustrating.

Any ideas on what could be wrong? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

When we first set up our web mail we couldn't open our messages at all. We could see them in the inbox but when we clicked on them to open them up the message flashed on the screen for a moment and then disappeared. Not sure if this is the same problem you are having but when we changed browsers (from Safari to Chrome) the problem went away. If that doesn't help you, it might be time to get a tech support ticket.

Yea exactly, but sometimes it opens and most times it doesnt, how exactly so.i change my browser, on my mobile, on the other hand i already use chrome. Or will itbe better to sync it with my gmail. Thanks for your help

Sorry for the delay in responding, took a break. There is clearly something not right with your email setup. As Triblu said, and as we suggested before, you should contact Site Support. They typically respond very quickly and should have you up and running in no time.

I have not had any issues however I suggest you try a different web browser. Another option is to setup your mail program and not use the wen interface at all.

So for a different browser, say you're using Internet Explorer or Edge...download and try Google Chrome or Firefox. As for setting up your e-mail program that depends on what e-mail program you are using. You can find your mail settings under Websites>SiteManager>Site Email and then clicking on the SMTP settings button next to the e-mail account you're trying to setup.
