Does anyone use Design Pallet Pro or the Thrive Content Builder on a Genesis child theme with their WordPress site?
What are the major differences?
What would be the advantage of one over the other?

I've never used Design Pallet Pro, but I use Thrive Content Builder and absolutely love it!

Sums up a great reason to go with Thrive Content Builder. That's the one recommended, and excited to start using it :)

Whew! Less Anxiety about it now. I'm changing a non-responsive theme. Chose Genesis with a child theme and Thrive Content Builder. The Child theme I'd like to go with Ranks in the top 31 percent. So overwhelmed by the choices it is all just mush at this point!
