This is my second time experiencing having issues with my own website. My website is actually DOWN. I can't even log-in to my website for editing and even accessing my website directory to transfer files via FTP. I'm sure my WA hosting has something to say about this issues. I hope kyle, carson and staff will message me back since i already submitted a ticket to them.

Actually, i'd been into this for 4 years already and have no issues with this kind of trouble. Hope kyle will upgrade the system for better performance.

I hope others who have this kind of issues will share to us this time.

I want some honest answer here, not causing anyone's trouble like discouraging them. Hope no one will be mad at me.

Your WA family,

cybridge

There are issues with sites for all kinds of reasons. The hosting platform cannot be "good in parts" it is either fit for purpose, or not.

Wordpress can be temperamental. Plugins can really stress it out. Jaweda2K has got it nailed, I am only repeating what he has said- because sometimes we need to hear it from more than one person.

Chill for a while. Clear your cookies and eat some real cookies...all will be well- Andy

Yeah you were right. But i never had problem or issues opening some website like youtube and others and even clearing my cookies or browsing data from my web browser. Actually, i use 5 different web browsers for other purpose. So, yeah let's just chill out. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, nomda.

This happened to me last week. I was working on my site and got disconnected. I couldn't log back in and the page wouldn't display. The problem only lasted about as long as it took me to start a discussion and ask if anyone else was down. It was all normal again within 10 minutes.

I few weeks ago I had similar problem where my site was not loading. Support determined that I had some plugins conflicting with each other. It was my problem and not the server. So I would suggest turning off your plugins and see if it loads. If it does, try reactivating your plugins one by one! Let us know if that helps!

Remember that they are also in the process of upgrading parts of the system. Even though it should not have effected the hosting aspect, we all know how computers work... Kyle & Carson have been very good at resolving issues and I am sure that they will get this all squared up.

The important part is that we don;t let ourselves get all worked up about it. I am also a firm believer in that everything happens for a reason, and this could just be a sign from the universe that your suppose to take a break or do something else today.

Hang in there and keep working it!

I just want to clarify that there are no issues related to servers or hosting, we'll investigate this for Arnel (@cybridge).

Thanks for responding James!

That's right too. Kyle sent out a memo yesterday about the possibility of intermittent problems

Hi Matt,

The "intermittent" issues was not at all related to the WA website network. It was related to the "Count" of new notifications in the header of WA showing 0 for a few hours while we sorted out a small issue.

That was sorted out yesterday.
