Hi,

I am wondering whether we have a forum that can help one another to review our website and provide more in-depth help to improve our website? Some means to chat and bring awareness and allow us to ask how to add certain features to our website?

The current Site Feedback is not too useful in my opinion. It is basically a one-way traffic kind of feedback.

Hi Richard
There are 2 ways to request feedback... the formal Site Feedback and a thread set up by Kyle that enables more of a discussion: Do you know about this already?

The Give and Take thread, perhaps?

I did asked Kyle to consider naming a classroom for brainstorming of niches and he thought it was a great idea

Maybe, you can ask him for something like this as well?

I think you can have a deeper discussion about your website via PM but don't think everyone will be interested in that because doing it in a forum maybe it's something for the premium plus members there are also other ways to contact can lay outside WA

there is the feedback thread or you can use the pm system....
i thought sitefeedback gave you the opportunity to reply to the person leaving the feedback...it does take time but at least it is there

Hi Phil,

Yes, it does take time. I'm not so sure if there will be a response after replying. I tried once before where I reply to the feedback that I have got for clarity, but none came back.

It takes time in such a setup and is not efficient.

so maybe when you get feedback then say you would like to pm to find out more....
and not everyone is online all the time
and some do the feedback and comments just to get the credits...there are no credits for follow ups.....
i agree that it is inefficient so if you want more insights i would suggest the feedback thread...
