This link has an example of what I want to do: http://www.classicalguitar.org/category/performance/

I want to create sub pages in a page.

How can I create subpages within a page similar to the page linked above??

When you create a page, go to "Quick Edit" instead of "edit". You will see Parent in the window. Choose the page you want to be the parent page. The page you created will go under that page in a drop down menu. Then go to appearance>menus>add page and cliick on the new page. The go to the menu and slide the page under the parent page - offset to the right a bit. Then save menu. You will see that page when you click on the parent page in the menu.

yeah, i was stuck BIG TIME with a few issues and i went and hung out with JAY and his videos on everything word press.....OMG.....all hail the KING!....lol

WATCH the videos from the beginning....trust me it is worth spending a bit of time with Jay... These are his first two lessons, it is so much easier to see someone do it than trying to explain, let me know how you get on and if you need anything else PM me okay ? :-))

Thought I replied here but it isnt showing up :(

Anyway what I said was if you mean the links like Practicing Performance then that is just a hyperlink to another post/page that appears when you click the link.
If you meant something else can you clarify?
BTW - is it your site? Looks great

In that case things are pretty simple.
1. Create the pages in this example like the Practicing Performance page.
2. On you "index" page write the phrase you want to use - Practicing Performance
3. Select all the words in that phrase
4. Click on the hyperlink option in the menu (looks like a chain link)
5. This will show you a field to enter a URL which you could copy from the page you wrote in point 1 OR there is also a cog wheel which if you click it will open a new popup and show you a list of all the pages/posts on your site and you just select the appropriate one.

Hope that helps but any questions then just let me know.

First go to Site Rubix on the left pane and select the Site Manager. Log in as Admin into your website. Once you see the WordPress dashboard select Pages on the left pane.

Now it’s time to build the page you want to have all the hyperlinks posted by selecting add new (This would be like the web page you showed us as an example in your question). We will call this page your main page for this example.

Once you have all the text written out like “Practicing Performance” on your main page, you will be ready to make those additional pages. Now save your main page as a draft and click on add new to make your Practicing Performance page. Save the Practicing Performance Page as a draft and you will notice at the top it created a link. (Check the URL pic attached)

Each time you create a new page it will make a link for that page. Copy that link and go back to edit your main page. Highlight the word you want your guests to click. Then click on the chain like icon:
Check the AddLink pic attached.

Now you can paste that hyperlink you copied from the Practicing Performance page. Save the draft.

Now you have a link to another page. I hope this helps.
