Did this work for you? I have struggled and struggled with site email. I have followed all of the training and continue to get error messages when I try to log in. I have put a ticket into support and they fixed this issue within 4 days, but the error messages returned a few days later. I have yet to be able to use any email account associated with my site.

@karagrace80 I had an issue at the beginning and support fixed it within the hour. Try again and it should work, you may need to get support to reset your password. You'll need to give support your username and password when you submit the ticket so they don't have to ask for it.

Thanks! I have already done that once and the issue is back. I will try again :)) I am rather discouraged with the email issue...

I have not had a chance to try it yet. It was the end of the day and I was too tired and today I am at my Volunteer job so have to wait until I get home. I will post what happens thou.
