I want host one of my domains bought from godaddy here. I know how to change nameserver info inside the godaddy panel. I just want to know after that, how can I access the cpanel of the new website?

To update your domain DNS settings to point to WA. Here are the DNS settings.
ns1 . mywahosting . com (no spaces)
ns2 . mywahosting . com (no spaces)
These settings will be updated within your domain registrar (where you purchased your domain)
