So today prettylinks had an update. And after it, I couldn't find numerous links I had saved throughout my website.

I checked if they were still working and they were, but the prettylinks page which is supposed to show me the numbers says the link could not be found.

I make good use of Groups within Pretty Links and that's now gone with the new update. I've reinstalled the previous version. I'm not going to upgrade to the premium version just so I can use Categories and Tags. I like Groups!

Yeah there's a lot of negative feedback with this latest version.

Just updated Pretty Links and shouldn't have. Now that Groups is gone it wrecks everything done so far. So annoying. Now when creating a new pretty link there is no way of using groups. How did you roll back to previous version? Otherwise I can no longer group links per post. Do you know if they are going to be using groups anymore.

They've replaced Groups with Categories and Tags which are a premium feature. To roll back to a previous version you have to

1. Deactivate and uninstall the current version
2. Go to WordPress and download the old version, save it on your computer and then
3. Add the old version as a new plugin.

I show how to find an old version of a plugin in this video

It's for a different plugin but the steps are the same.

It's a plugin to track your links and how many clicks they get.

Update: I looked at the forums for prettylinks and they are aware of the issue and are working to fix it:

So if anyone is having the same issues, it's in the process of being fixed...

No they are still there. In fact, every prettylink is still working throughout my website, but it's when I head into the prettylinks dashboard and wish to look at the numbers that it says "not found".
