Hi all
I am trying to insert/add some text to a String that is being passed to an email confirmation in Gravity Forms. The String is working well - no problem but I have been unable to work out how to include some additional text statements as part of the String so they also will be printed on the email confirmation. The sample String is below:
{Please enter your email address here:3}{What name is found on the seat at the waterfall?:1}{What are the colours of the Albany Trig?:2}{date_dmy}
Can anyone help?

I am not trying to pick up another field but rather just adding some plain text to the existing fields.
I have since discovered how to achieve the outcome another way and so after a few days of playing with this can tick it off my list.

Thanks for this. I have looked pretty extensively through their help / forums and con't find the answer to want. It could be my lack of programming knowledge that is hindering here as a lot of the forum comment is pretty technical.
I just thought someone my be able to look at my issue and say - oh - just use this command etc and its done - but then again - maybe not!

I have cracked it. I've worked for 5 days on this and have found another way of solving the issue - using Notifications instead of Confirmations! Small adjustment but a big result.
This has been very frustrating but I think it is now onwards and upwards!
