If you have All in one SEO pro on your website and Google site map as well, Is that necessary or is it a duplication.? AMP was just installed and this perked my curiosity.

You only need one, Sir.
Just delete the Google site map as it should be taken care by One SEO. You need to configure the One SEO so that it includes the creation of site map which you need to submit to G Console for indexing request.
