Realizing What Canva Offers Affiliates

Last Update: February 22, 2022

Hello WA Friends!

Just posting a quick update as to what I've been up to lately!

Over the last several weeks I've completed more training for various aspects of marketing.

One common thing with most of the training was that Canva was used in almost all of them.

I've completed several Canva training series in WA by various experts on their platform.

One Premium series is by Jay and the others was by Roope Kiuttu, Vitality G, and Eric Cantu.

Jay's Canva Training - https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/classes/hello-canva

They all helped me see Canva in each way that they use the platform for creating content.

Before taking any training in WA I had used Canva before but only as a limited free member.

Realizing what Canva offers affiliates was a no-brainer, so I've signed up to Canva Pro.

The creativity level with the pro version is off the charts because everything is provided.

As with WA, I became a yearly subscriber to Canva which works out to $10 a month.

The Pro version gives you a 30-day trial before their billing begins to drain any money.

Canva also has many courses and tutorials and I'm taking them as I go along as well.

Becoming an expert in Canva has enormous benefits to long-term success happening.

So, I've been spending a lot of time on Canva lately and I have to say it's awesome!

Another thing worth mentioning is that Canva has a decent affiliate program.

It pays up to $36 per subscriber that joins through your affiliate links!

The affiliate program is handled by Impact who also has an affiliate referral program.

Canva enables taking social media posts to another level as well as new future websites.

Because of WA's training, my skill level in Canva is beyond my expectations at this point.

Best of success to everyone!

John

Good morning John,

Thank you for your blog post, it's appreciated.

Canva is a great tool, they have certainly made it very user-friendly! I upgraded to the pro version a few months ago, however, I haven't taken any of the courses yet. Although it sounds like a great idea! I'm guessing Canva does a lot more than I could ever imagine! I'm currently going through a Camtasia video editing course, maybe Canva needs to be the next course!

The courses from Jay are very useful indeed, I also started to watch some training from Vitality which is great.

Thank you for the reminder about the affiliate program, it's appreciated. The great thing is with affiliate marketing is that the opportunities are numerous. Utilising the Canva affiliate program is another way of monetising our website.

Wishing you all the best.

The affiliate program is not too bad from what I see.
Up to $36 per subscriber is pretty good to me.

I had done Jay's training first and then joined Canva.
As a free member, I made an icon and a logo.

After seeing the pro version being used I joined the pro.
The training series of the experts revealed a ton of tricks.

I'm really enjoying Canva so far, I've created a few items.

Good morning John,

Thank you for your reply, it's appreciated.

I need to check out the affiliate program John, it's something that I hadn't even looked at.

I can't believe how simple and user-friendly Canva is, so many of the competitor's products are almost impossible to use unless you are highly technical. I think it's fantastic that I can make a YouTube thumbnail in probably one minute, literally!

I need to go deeper into Canva as I feel it offers much more than I'm actually using. It looks like I need to check out the training at Canva.

Have a great day.

The YouTube thumbnails are fantastic to make in Canva.
Yesterday I spent hours better familiarizing myself with the Canva dashboard and I created a few items as well.
The MagicResizer feature in Pro is great for creating posts that can be tailored to be used on every social media platform.
The presentation feature I intend to learn more about.

Cheers!

Good morning John,

I hope you're doing well, my apologies for the late reply, it's been a busy week!

It's so nice to have a platform that makes something that was so complicated just a few years ago into something simple!

Thank you for the heads up, John, I like the idea of the MagicResizer, that sounds great! I can remember in the past trying to resize images, all sorts of unpleasant distortions happened! It seems like Canva has overcome these issues, which is fantastic!

Have a wonderful Sunday.

Thanks for your advice about Canva.

I have a Premium Canva account but I was not aware that it now has an affiliate programme.

It was about three years or longer since I registered as Premium and at that time they didn't have an affiliate programme.

I'm pleased you are enjoying Canva so much. I could do with watching some of that training you mention. In spite of being with Canva for a long time, I'm not great at using it.

I wasn't great at using Canva either Valerie.
It was because of the training that I joined pro.
After seeing what was possible I went all in.
I haven't signed up for the affiliate program yet.
But I found it as an extra added bonus.
I'm really enjoying Canva so far.

Thanks for your response, John.
Clearly, I need to take the time to watch the training by WA members about using Canva.
I looked at the Affiliate programme which I will sign up for, but not until I'm more skilled in creating quality images.

John, I have the Pro version too. I use it a lot for removing the backgrounds of images it's such a time saver. The same task on GIMP or Photoshop would take 30 mins to an hour to complete Canva can do it in seconds. An hour of my time is well over $10 so for me one image sorted is a month's subscription. It's a no-brainer.

I watched that on the training and knew I had to have that feature.
I've been practicing there for now while I create my blueprint.
I'm definitely excited about the possibilities.

I use Canva daily but never actually taught about promoting the program! Canva is an awesome service and very easy to learn. The Free version did not offer much, and upgraded to Pro member right away for almost 3 years now!

I agree, the free version was not much compared to what pro offers. I should have done this some time ago, it's better late than never. You're right it's very easy to learn which is why I joined pro after taking classes in WA.

😍 I adore Canva. It's the life and blood of all of my images and design assets. And yes! Referral income is good too! Australians are known to be very generous people and I'm just so glad that this is an Australian company. They give a lot of features for free. 💙

That's great to hear as I intend to make Canva my assets home.
I'm not in Australia but it's on my list to visit someday.
I like tv from there like Aussie Gold and Mr. Inbetween.
Canva does give a lot for free, but pro gives so much more.
