Optimus or EWWW Image Optimizer?
I notice I have both Optimus and Ewww Image Optimizer plugins on my website? Should one of them be deleted? Which one? Recommendations please if you have experience with both.

Hi Mary Ann, Ewww is the recommended plugin. Have you used either one of them. I would deactivate one at a time and check my site speeds. Two plugins that are supposed to do the same thing may cause a conflict. Decide which one suites you best and delete the other one. All the best
As others have said, I have EWWW installed on my dashboard aread, though I haven't used it personally, because I use a different one that comes with the plugin I use
BUT as I understand it, EWWW is among the best
Seems like your theme supports optimus...
Does not have such a good quote as eww
So... best test what wOrks best becore deleting one of them

So it is not necessary to keep both. I will keep Ewww. Thanks. Not even sure why I have Optimus!
Is pointless to have two plugins to solve the same problem ... More than that, they could conflict ...

EWWW is the plug in that comes already installed so I would stick with that.
