Do i need to move some widgets around?

I would like to advertise a Canada Day Special banner for one of my affiliate programs (for a couple of days).
My webssite home page is quite full with blogs and the side bar. Is there anyway to move all the stuff on the side bar down (so that would be recent posts, comments, GDPR, etc). temporarily? Or does anyone have any other suggestion so I can promote this special?

Best is to add an extra widget
