Trouble with siteorgins editor in visual mode?

I was happily editing a new post on my second site lowestpriceleds.net and the visual tab showed no text, but text and code showed in text tab? Asked for help and tried those suggestions but same results in both firefox and ie! When to sleep and then tried again. my 1st site ineedeorkfromhome.com works but not the 2nd site. no joy yet, ran ccleaner, rebooted, drank coffee, said bad things to computer, tried ie and firefox, prayed, and still no visual but text ok. the consensus seems tobe that there is a server issue and that normal automatic maintenance fixes the visual problem after some time by itself. credit is then given by us to the last thing we did??? I say that because if you read the threads on this; the fix happens to each of us at different events on our part. "life is about how you handle the hurtles and not about the finish line".

Most definitely a visual mode editor issue. I had a problem a while back and submitted a support ticket. They suggested I try another browser which sorted out the problem.
Now I have the same problem in Firefox and Chrome.... I have not been able to finish my new post. :(
I'll submit a new support ticket.

Thank you I'll check on that

generated a support ticket and after 2 1/2 hours of back and forth suggestions, the issue was resolved as: "This is a minor issue of cache which we resolved from server side." and now my visual is working.

All Hail WA!

Hey guys at support, if you are reading this, I am afraid to contact you as I contacted you about 6 weeks or a month ago and you told me there was no problem at your end.

I am assuming that we WA members (WBurton and Myself) are not alone in this digital editor mayhem. It certainly does cut my productivity a great deal. It takes me ten times longer to build a blog, webpage, edit images, etc etc.

Incidentally, If a WA member sends me a link to his site that is hosted on siterubix, I have to refresh the page about ten times (about 5 minutes to do) before the website is displayed on my devices here at home. This does not happen with ANY other websites than those hosted at siterubix.

My theory is that Siterubix and my home network settings (apart from using google chrome beta on my tablet - that is) simply do not like each other. They have a massive brawl at every meeting.

Again, only siterubix sites do this with my network setup? I took my tablet (samsung galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition) to a friend's house and the vis editor popped right up on any browser i tried.

After getting back home again My visual editor is gone again on the same device with the same browsers. Process of elimination.....MY NETWORK SETTINGS do not like siterubix. Logical to u more techie guys?

Thanks! Hope this problem is stamped out for all members of WA who have the same strange visual editor problems.

All Hail WA!

I'm afraid that unless you open a support ticket, you'll get no response? It's what I have to do to get it resolved. :(

i did tho, some time ago, they didn't seem to like my problem, simply and bluntly told me thee is no visual editor problem at their end. period.

I asked them in one question in the back and forth messages "Do you guys have TEAMVIEWER? Can you guys take a look at my setup that way?

The reply i got back was a very abrupt and blunt

"NO"

As you can see, would you want to go back to support for ANYTHING after that?

nope, not me. I want no conflict. I just want a visual editor.

Am a very happy member of WA. I knock the score I give WA down to 99% from 100% because of this problem.

99% is still pretty good, right?

All Hail WA! lol

Well, it seems that internet explorer DOES work better than the other browsers - 50% of the time. A big improvement - Thanks for the suggestion - will have to use ie on my desktop and laptop from now on. And Google Chrome Beta on my Android tablet.

Many thanks, Buddy - Things have improved and I am looking forward to being more productive by at least that 50%

All Hail WA!!!
