#63 Your “Short Script”
Your “Short Script”:
Are you prepared & know what you’re going to say, without stumbling-around?
This is not you ‘Full Story’. It is the short one you use for:
> Responding when people ask what you do.
> Introducing yourself to new people.
> Your ads, flyers, business cards, emails & email signatures.
· Use ‘Picture Words’ to describe the ‘Problem or Desire’ that caused you to seek & find a ‘Solution’. Describe the ‘Before’ & ‘After’.
· For the ‘Before’ begin with something like: “Before I discovered this Online-Educational-Program I had no idea how much I didn’t know about doing business online”.
· Then, for the ‘After’ say something like: “After I started getting into the information, I realized how I could easily build my own Online Business.”
· Then, mention your ‘Favorite Benefit’: “I was especially happy when I discovered all the other Members that were there & willing to help me.”
· Then, add a “Finale” at the end of the “Favorite Benefit”, like: “ I felt obligated to share this with other people that have the same Problem or Desire.”
· Mention other things you had previously tried: “I had tried several other programs being offered Online, but none of them worked-out… Scams”.
Imagine someone asking you: “What do you do?” You reply:
· ”I help people that want to learn how to build an ‘Online Business’ for additional income.”
· “Who do you know that might like to learn about this?”
When ‘They’ ask ‘What is it?’
· “It is an Online Business, ‘Educational Program’ that teaches everything you need to know, plus a ‘Community’ where you can discuss everything & get help”.
If ‘They’ want to know if it will work for ‘Them’:
· I don’t know if it will fill your needs or not, but what if it does for you what it has done for me? Would you like to try it for free?
· If you feel that ‘They’ are about to say “No”, you should say “No” first… “This is probably not for you...”
If ‘They’ ask, “How much is it?”:
· Tell them: “It is free to try & at the end of the ‘Trial’ there are options, depending on your evaluation & satisfaction”.
It’s good to have thought-through this & to be prepared so you can sound calm & authoritative.
When involved in a Text-Conversation, it’s good to have your replies stored in a ‘Swipe-File’ for easy & quick access.
