I am doing a "ONE QUESTION SURVEY".

And the Question is:

What would you like to know more about?

Tell us what you would like to know more about & we can discuss it.

My question is: "What would you like to know more about".

Your question might me: "How do I get more Traffic?"

Or, "How can I generate more Revenue with my Website?"

Or, "Who are some good WA Members to 'Follow'?"

Or, "How long does it take to have some financial success with WA?"

Or, "Where do I find folks that are interested in my Niche?"

Or, "What would be a good Niche?"

Or, "What is 'Attraction Marketing'?"

Or, "Why are some folks successful more easily than others?"

Or, "Is there a better way than Google Ranking, SEO, Landing Pages, Websites, etc.?"

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT?

GO AHEAD & ASK YOUR 'ONE-QUESTION' OR ANSWER SOMEONE ELSES !!!

Should I just delete my YouTube channel that has no subscribers on concentrate on my other social media where I'm getting some engagement and followers?

How did you begin?

Did you start by finding an audience & let them tell you what they wanted & needed?

Or, did you start by producing the YouTube Channel & the other social media and now you're looking for some people that are interested in what you produced?

If you had a horse and a cart, and you wanted to move from where you are to where you want to be, would you put the cart in front of the horse and try to push toward the destination. Or would you put the cart behind the horse and pull toward the destination?

If you are building 'IT' first & hoping they will come, you are doing it the hard way & it may never happen.

By asking me or the WA Community what you should do is asking the wrong people. You should be asking your Audience. They should be the ones you need to discover what they want & need and direct your decisions & direction according to what they tell you.

It's 'Ready-Aim-Fire' NOT 'Ready-Fire-Aim'.

Finding, cultivating & developing THE AUDIENCE is the first & most important step. Once you have THE AUDIENCE, then you just follow their wishes & directions.

Don't try to feed them White or Yellow Jellybeans if they want Red Jellybeans. Forget 'Your-Agenda'. Focus-On & Satisfy 'Them'.

It's much easier to sell water to a large, thirsty audience.

Welcome to the real world. When you play in real time with a real audience, you figure out everything you need to know. But you can’t be afraid to adapt based on what they tell you just because it differs from “the plan.”

I read most of your posts and see you bring this up quite often. Unlike most people here who are building authority sites mine would be classified more as a lifestyle blog. The dilemma I'm having is how do I incorporate this into my kind of site.

The other strange thing is I had a YouTube Channel in the past and was posting similar even some of the same videos and I was getting some subscribers back then.

I guess I don't understand your question & what you are trying to do.

You asked if you should delete your YouTube Channel since it is not getting Subscribers or Engagement. You could delete it or you could try to determine why it is not producing the Results you desire. My suggestions were directed toward determining why it is not producing the desired Results.

You also asked if you should concentrate on the other Social Media that is producing some Subscribers & engagement. I assumed that you would like more engagement & Subscribers so I suggested how you might do that.

Then you said that your Site is a 'Lifestyle-Blog' instead of an 'Authority-Site'. I'm not sure what difference that makes.

What is you Goal with the 'Lifestyle-Blog'? And why do you feel that the suggestions do not apply to your 'Lifestyle-Blog-Site'?

Is your desired Goal of the YouTube Channel & the other Social Media to drive Engagement & Subscribers to your 'Lifestyle-Blog'?

Do you feel that the suggestions do not apply to your Goals? And if so, why do you feel they don't apply?

If you would answer these questions, maybe I would have a better understanding of your dilemma.

Please answer EACH question here plus the questions that you did not answer from the first post: (copied below):

Wally,

Sorry it took me forever to get back to this. I've been working non stop trying to get my boat going, then moving back to the Keys, and stressing out over other things going on in life. And banging my head against the wall thinking about this and trying to think of an answer.

Things are better now...and in the meantime I did get at least 2 subscribers on YouTube.

Here's where I think there is at least somewhat of a difference.

With an authority site you're doing reviews, offering solutions, expert advice, etc. That type of content it's very open to doing a lot of research on the audience, their problems, what they want, etc.

With a lifestyle type blog, at least in my niche and similar niches, you are sometimes creating the same type of content as an authority site, but you're also very often writing about your life, experiences, and adventures. You're not necessarily providing answers and solutions to your audience, but more so providing entertainment and giving people an escape by getting a glimpse of your life/adventures.

That second part is the one I have a tough time grasping how it relates. If that's not what your audience wants how do you change it, since you're writing based on your actual experiences, which can't be changed. Let's take it even a step further. Say there just isn't a big enough audience for sailing/cruising/playing on the water. Am I going to sell my boat and change my entire life to have the experiences to write about what there is an audience for?

That's the part that really confuses me. I guess if the answer to that is yes, my current site is at least getting my through the training, gaining me some experience, and practice that can later be applied to a niche with more potential?

Traffic???

What does it mean when you put "TRAFFIC???"
