MVP or MVA, Which First

You may already have a ‘MVP’ (Minimum Viable Product)
but first you need a ‘MVA’ (Minimum Viable Audience).

It’s a mistake to create a Product, and then search for an Audience.
Always begin by building the audience (‘MVA’ – Minimum Viable Audience) first.

Use your ‘MVA’ as a Resource to determine:

- What problems do 'They' have?
- How can you help 'Them' succeed?
- etc.

Then build your ‘MVP’ around ‘Their’ Desires & Needs.
You will then have something of Value that ‘They’ will buy.

Empathy’s role in marketing

Empathy = sharing emotions with others before compassion is possible.

Empathy consists of identifying ‘Their’ feelings, thoughts, & attitudes.

You show that you Understand & CARE.

“Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care”.

You connect with the ‘Emotions-In-‘Their’-Heart’. That’s where buying decisions are made.

After you have the ’Techie’ Part (build the Website & Created the Content), you need the ‘Psychological’ Part.

Emotions that drive buying decisions include: pride, desire to belong, desire for love, fame & wealth, etc.

Confirm & Validate ‘Their’ beliefs with the Content you create.
